Meet the Face Behind Philly’s Dog Grooming

I’m Philippa, the proud owner and founder of Philly’s Dog Grooming. My journey took an exciting turn when I transitioned from the corporate IT world to pursue my true passion. After spending years in an office, I came to the realization that my heart was deeply connected to animals, ranging from majestic horses to lovable dogs.

To follow my passion, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and enrolled in various college courses related to animal care and grooming. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this was my true calling. Now, my days are dedicated to making pets look and feel fabulous, all while enjoying precious moments with my two wonderful children and sharing my life with four cherished dogs who are an integral part of my family.

Martin

Always does a great job of stripping our Border Terrier Buster. Like his owner, he’s getting on a bit and can be grumpy but Philly takes it all in her stride. Always friendly and listens to our wishes, simply can’t fault the service.

My long-haired German Shepherd Kizzie had lots of matted fur underneath and on her tail which I have been trying to resolve for weeks. Philly did an awesome job combing and clipping and then a lovely shampoo and blow dry. We all got a bit wet but we are both delighted with the result.
